What are my shipping options?

We ship by United States Postal service or UPS

Pricing increases respectively. Large domestic packages may ship by UPS (United Parcel Service)

There is no weekend service for our UPS Second or Next Day delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipping company until Monday morning.

 

 

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on a number of variables, including package weight, destination, and shipping speed. Basic shipping starts at $2.95. If you'd like to see how much your shipping will cost, go to checkout with the items you want to purchase. Once you've entered your address and shipping options, your shipping cost will be displayed.

Do you ship to APO/FPO's?

Yes, we  consider it a privilege ship to the members of our armed forces and contractors. APO and FPO orders ship at the same cost as domestic orders. APO and FPO orders may take slightly longer to arrive depending on location.


Can I check the status of my order?

You can use the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification e-mail to track your package at:.

Can I expedite my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you may call or e-mail us on Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM CST, to upgrade your shipping method. Please note that prices for shipping methods differ.



How quickly will you send my order?

It is always our goal to process orders as quickly as possible so that your order is fulfilled and shipped to you ASAP. However, due to the package acceptance cut-off times for shipping, not all orders are processed the same day that you place them with us.

In general, if you place your order on any business day Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and before 12:00 Noon CST your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00 Noon CST on a Friday, weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.



How long will it take to get my glasses?
 
Generally, it takes 2-7 business days in the U.S. We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, unless it is a weekend or postal holiday.

 

Which carriers do you use? 

USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).



Will I get the right sunglasses in good condition?

If you have not shopped with GogglesandGlasses before you may worry how you will receive the correct sunglasses and that they will be in perfect condition.

For every order we receive the sunglasses go through our in-house checks and if you place your order before 4:00pm Monday to Friday you will receive them within the next few business days.

  • We receive the order and pull it from the stock.
  • The order is passed to our website processing team.
  • The sunglasses are examined by the processing team, checked for scratches and imperfections.
  • The order is double checked to make sure that they are the correct sunglasses.
  • The sunglasses are packaged, labeled and mailed at the end of the day.

All eyewear is shipped in a new 200lb test corrugated shipping box with protective fill and lots of tape. We use easy to read bar coded labels to ensure that your item arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. 


Will you mark the customs form as a gift and declare a low value?


International  orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties and/or associated assessments by the company that delivers the package. Inquire locally for additional details. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser and our shipping charge does NOT include any of these fees.

 Is there a printed catalog available?

There is not a traditional paper catalog available for GogglesandGlasses merchandise. However, the items on the site are easy to browse and the experience is enhanced by either of the search bars accessible from any page.



Do you have any walk-in retail stores?

GogglesandGlasses is an online store only.

 

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be back in stock?

Items that are out of stock and display an out of stock message are generally reordered and will be available when we receive them. Some items, like clearance items or items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer, are not reordered and will be no longer stocked.



How do I use a promotional code?

When you’re ready to check out, simply go to your cart. There is a text box in which you may enter your promo code. Click “Update” to view the new subtotal for your products. Promotional codes only apply to online orders.

I am unable to check out. Why?

You may not be ordering from one of the locations that we ship to. We ship to the following countries: USA


My credit card doesn’t work on your site. What do I do?

Make sure you’ve input all information correctly.

  • Does the billing address match the billing address for your credit card?
  • Check that every number of the 16-digit credit card number is entered correctly. The last four digits are commonly missed.
  • Do not enter spaces or dashes when entering your credit card number.
  • Check that the expiration date is entrered correctly and that your card hasn't expired.
  • For the "Cardholder Name," enter the name exactly as it appears on the front of the card.
  • Dont forget to enter the CVV code, the three-digit code that trails the code on the back of the card in the signature area.

      

What forms of payment do you accept?

Is there sales tax?

All Arkansas orders are subject to sales tax.

 

How do I use a promotional code?

Return Policy

To return an item, please go to our returns page and fill out the form with your name, e-mail address, order number, and the reason for the return.  We will give you a Return Authorization Number.  Failure to obtain the RA number before returning your items will cause additional cost and delay.



Do you do exchanges?

No. However, you may return the items you have purchased as per the return policy, then place a new order for the item you want in exchange. This is a much faster method and allows us to track inventory and finances much more easily. Returns can be submitted here:



Is there a warranty on lens scratches?

Lens scratches are not covered under warranty by any manufacturer that we're aware of. All of the sunglasses that we ship are inspected during the shipping process to insure your new sunglasses are damage free.

Are these men’s or women’s sunglasses?

Unless specified in the title or description of the product, most of our sunglasses are unisex, perfect for anyone. Whether a sunglass is right for you is a matter of your own opinion.


How wide do my glasses need to be?

An accurate temple measurement will ensure that the frames will sit comfortably on your face without sliding down your nose or rubbing behind your ears. Since manufacturers offer slightly different temple sizes on select models of frames, we recommend you use the following guidelines to get an idea of the size you need. (Note that the temple-to-temple measurements will be included in the product details online, often noted as “width”.)

The temple length is measured in inches across the top of the frame from where the side arm meets the lens on one side to where the side arm meets the lens on the other side. The temple sizes below correspond to the type of fit they provide.

  • Frames that measure up to 126mm, or 4 15/16", will provide a narrow fit for narrower faces.
  • Frames that measure between 127mm and 152mm, or 5" and 5 5/16", will provide a medium fit for average-sized faces.
  • Frames that measure 137mm, or 5 3/8" and up will provide a wide fit for round or square faces.


Tip: Measure your favorite, best-fitting sunglasses to see what size most comfortably fits you.



What does "polarized" mean?
 
A polarized lens filters scattered and reflected light. For example, if you look at water with a standard lens, the surface of the water is reflecting light from all different directions so it's difficult to clearly see an object under water. Polarizing the light filters those reflected rays so you can see below the surface of the water.

What is UV400?


UV400 is the American Standard for sunglass protection and CE is the standard for Europe.  UV400 and CE standards will protect your eyes from both types of UV light that can affect the naked eye; UVB rays which cause sunburns and in conjunction with wind and snow can cause snow blindness; and UVA rays which are absorbed thru the lens of the naked eye.  The protection of the lens is not dependent on the darkness of the lens, but rather the FILTERS, which are what shields your eyes from the UV light.



How do you know how much UV protection the sunglasses have?

 



This is an ultraviolet and visible light scanner. Placing a lens on the machine lets us know how much UV light makes it through the lens. Most sunglasses, even clear-lens glasses, block 100% of UV light. We check each sunglass to determine that it meets the UV400 standard for UV protection. All of our eyewear is marked on the frame, tag or lens sticker with CE or UV400 We test each style of glass to make sure they meet the prescribed standards and ensure your safety.
