EZ Returns

All Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests must be filed online. Goggles and Glasses will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and must be postmarked in that time. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

Return policy:

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Goggles and Glasses within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE

Clearance items.
Revision Eyewear
Wiley-x Eyewear
Photocromic/Photochromatic eyewear
Yellow Polarized Eyewear
