Returns Portal

At Goggles and Glasses we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy and returns submission form.

 All Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests must be filed online. Goggles and Glasses will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and must be postmarked in that time.


Return policy:

You may return most new, unopened, unworn items sold by Goggles and Glasses within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 Partial refunds may be issued for the following items:
Any item that has obvious signs of use or is not saleable.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on large orders.

Exchange policy:

Please note that we only offer replacements for the identical product. If you decide you would prefer a different item, please feel free to return the original item for refund and place a new order for the new item. Please note that items are only available in sizes and colors depicted on the website. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
